Any applicable pet fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home. Once you complete your pet profile, a member of our team will share the details of those pet charges--at move in, monthly, or both as is permissible and applicable. Please note, for your comfort, we do have a list of restricted Breeds which include and are subject to being edited: German Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chow CHows, Bull Mastiffs, Huskies, Wof-dog Hybrids, Great Danes, St. Bernards, any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation, or any other breed deemed to be aggressive or a threat to other residents. Additionally, we prohibit Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas and/or Rodents.
